I’ve been to Shinee Dental several times for different dental treatments. I’m normally quite scared and nervous when it comes to visiting the dentist but Dr Hau has always been very patient, gentle and reassuring. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things clearly which makes me feel much more comfortable.

I especially appreciate how gentle and patient she was during my extractions as I was quite anxious about them. Her calm and caring approach really helped me overcome my fear.

We came all the way from Singapore to have my father’s dentures made here, and we are very happy with the overall experience.

The dentist and staff were very patient, caring and attentive to my father throughout the whole process. What impressed us especially was the thorough pre- and post-treatment checks. Dr took the time to check everything carefully before the procedure and followed up properly afterwards to make sure my father was comfortable and that his dentures fitted well.

We also really appreciate how accommodating and flexible they were with the appointment timings, knowing that we had to travel from Singapore. This made the whole process much more convenient and stress-free for us.

The clinic is very clean, well-maintained and comfortable, which gave us confidence that everything was handled professionally and safely.
